I know Amol since almost four years. Amol is very gentle and very hardworking person. I always feel good to work very close to him because he creates an environment at work to be more enthusiastic.
Even Holy God again has given me grace to work with him in the same company, though different project. He always comes ahead as a good human being in all circumstances. One more good thing, he always and every time is full of new idea.
Amol is a dedicated person. He treats work as god and is very hard working. Anyone who has interacted or worked with Amol will agree that he never leaves a point undone or incomplete. He is very nice colleague to work with. Very understanding person and gives support during difficult times. I have seen Amol working on technologies which are new and is very dedicated towards learning new technologies and keeping oneself up to date. He helps colleagues resolve issues in case we are stuck and provides the necessary guidance. Well, he is a MVP (Microsoft - Most Valuable Professional), that says it all.
He is called as SharePoint Bee. Very professional. He is consistently pleasant and tackles everything with dedication and smile. It’s really great to work with such a nice person where in you can learn new things everyday and he is very helpful in all situations and I have never seen such a person who shares knowledge every time in this competitive world. He is a good friend of mine and He is the best.
Finally what I can say is... he is a very good team player and would make a great asset to any organisation.
